If you are a company or another person who gives access to company products, you agree to take responsibility in full in case of damages or indemnification that could properly lie against the customer. The Rajinformatica website (the ‘Site’), the educational services made available through the site and the content (the ‘Products’) are owned, operated and maintained, as applicable, by Rajinformatica (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’, or the ‘Company’). Our services are free to any user with access to the internet. However, we are not responsible for the charges incurred for the usage of hardware, software or internet services provider fee. Also, the user is fully responsible for the proper functioning of computer hardware and internet access.

ABOUT JOB GUARANTEE

Raj Informatica does not provide any kind of Job Guarantee on or after enrolling or after completion of the course. Also we will not provide any kind of work related documents like, experience letter, Offer letter and payslips etc to any of the students. As per Raj Informatica’s Terms and Policies, we are only provide educational knowledge on Informatica Powercenter development tool. Raj Informatica may use the word “Job Guarantee” and “Get Job In 45 Days” as per our previous batch students success reports but we are not providing any kind of job guarantee to any Users/Enrolled students. Getting a job is based on their individual effort, hard work and practice.

ABOUT CONTENT COPYRIGHT

We value and respect others intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. The entire contents of the Site (www.rajinformatica.com) are protected by copyright laws and advance encrypted protections. The owner of the copyrights are Raj Informatica Training. The material on the site, including text, PDFs, graphics, code, video is copyrighted and belongs to Raj Informatica, therefore you may not duplicate, modify, publish or reproduce the content in any manner.

Screen Recording of the live sessions and video contents on our website are strictly prohibited and disabled using advanced encryption technology. If our encryption system detects Screen Recording or Screen Capture by any 3rd party or in-built apps it’ll automatically revoke user’s course & meeting access without any prior notification. The recorded sessions, which has the private access to the users should not be shared with Family, Friends or on Social media or Youtube. Serious Legal action should be taken against the users who doesn’t follow the Copyright policy of Raj Informatica.

This website may have links to other websites. We do not undertake any control on the content of these websites; nor are we responsible for their website content. The sole purpose of the links included is to provide users information. Hence, Raj Informatica will not be held responsible.

HYPERLINKS

You may not mirror or frame the home page or any other pages of this Site on any other web site or web page.
Do not link to Rajinformatica pages and subpages with spam links/anchor text which could provide false impression. This may create misunderstanding for the users.
Do not use or include copyrighted or registered trademarks, or Intellectual property images, design or content as a link to Rajinformatica website.
Do not link to pages which support racism, terrorism.
Do not link to pages which provide pornographic content and violate human rights.

SOME IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS, READ BEFORE YOU JOIN OUR TRAINING.

Only first 10 videos recordings will be provided without any restriction to watch (Session 01 to 10 or 12) till you’re enrolled to our course.
VIDEO RESTRICTIONS: After 11th or 12th session we’ll provide the video recordings only for 24 hours after the live session is completed, so that anyone who missed the session can watch it freely within next 24 hours, also users who attended the live session can use this feature.
After 24 hours the videos will be auto removed from this website. No extension requests will be accepted on any ground.
To safe guard our videos and to protect copyright we’ll remove your course access after 6 months.
After 6 months if you need the access feel free to ask us, we will provide you the access of our 18th (OLD BATCH). After 6 month we will not be liable to give you the access of your original batches on any ground.

LICENSES INFORMATION: Our videos can only be watch on Xvast browser, and to watch you need a license which we will provide after you join our training.
Validity: Once you login using the username & password we provided your licenses will be stored on your device and will be valid for next 6 months (if not manually deleted by the user)
We’ll not provide you any additional licenses if the user deleted his/her own license manually. To avoid license deletion, See how to delete the license on Xvast. and understand the process clearly. If you have any questions feel free to email us at info@rajinformatica.com
If your license is deleted mistakenly or auto deleted contact us we’ll verify and disable the old one and reissue a new set. (If we find multiple device login, or intentionally deleted, we’ll not reissue new licenses on any ground, and you will not be able to join our training)
Licenses can only be reissued twice per user (After verification).
