As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy of Raj Cloud Technologies AKA Raj Informatica. When you buy any training course listed on www.rajinformatica.com or a part of Raj Cloud Technologies you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and the points below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS TERMS: 

At Raj Cloud Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality online training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved:

1. Registration Fee:
   The fixed registration fee for each training session is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your place in the training program as well as 10 recodings of live sessions from previous batch.
2. Participant Cancellation:
   If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must request cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment. Requests are accepted only via WhatsApp or call to our support number provided on our website (Course fee only, excluding the registration fee). After the training start date no refund request will be accepted under any grounds (The course starting date is mentioned on the respective training pages).
3. Course Rescheduling:
   Participants who wish to reschedule their training session must do so at least 1 day before the original training start date (The course starting date is mentioned on the respective training pages). Requests made within this period will be accommodated based on availability. Any rescheduling requests made less than 1 day before the training session start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional administrative fee based on the course selected.
4. No-Show Policy:
   Participants who do not attend the training session without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
5. Violation of our Copyright policies:
   Access will be immediately revoked without a refund if we find any violation of our Copyright policies mentioned in our Terms of Use (Example: The training course has been shared with multiple users under a single registration or enrolment).
6. Refund Process:
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the course start date. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment only.

We reserve the complete right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.)

Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Bangalore (Karnataka). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore (Karnataka), India
